Member Sports

The Royal Canadian Legion offers four competitive sports. When you become a member, you can compete in several tournaments throughout the year. For most sports, members compete as singles, doubles, or teams. Choose from participating in Darts, Euchre, Crib, or Eightball.

Yearly tournaments are held at branch level in the fall, and then at the zone level. Provincial tournaments are held in the Spring of the following year. Depending on your success, you and your team may go on to compete at the national level.

Member Sports promotes Legion comradeship and sportsmanship by bringing together members from every branch of the Legion. The sporting events help keep members active physically, involves many members in organizing and administering the events, and in many instances, directly involves the community at large.
