The Legion’s Command Service Officers have training in the disability claims process and are empowered by a Memorandum of Understanding with VAC to act as advocates. Command Service Officers can offer advice and representation to any Veteran (including current and retired CAF and RCMP) seeking benefits through Veterans Affairs Canada.

Be sure to check with your local Branch Service Officer to assess your needs and help you prepare any necessary forms before contacting a Command Service Officer.
