What We Do

Honouring the sacred sentiment of Remembrance, while serving, promoting, and acting

Remembrance Day

Service starts at 10:30AM at the Legion hall at 2643 128th Street, Surrey.

Service is followed by a laying of wreaths and a fly past.  Joining the ceremony will be a colour party of sea, army, air cadets and the RCMP.  This year the M/C is George Temperton, past President, and  padre Reverend Mike Cook will lead the service.  All are welcome to attend.

The service is almost entirely inside which makes it very good for people who do not wish to participate in rain or adverse weather conditions.  There will be CCTV coverage of the cenotaph to allow those in the back to see the laying of the wreaths, which includes a wreath laying by a Silver Star mother.
